Ok everyone, he called me about 1/2 hour ago.  Just had to stop crying, call my husband and let him know that I got the call.  Get this, he was playing Volleyball at Captain's Cup and went to get a ball that went out of bounds and someone in the DIV threw a softball and he caught it in the face.  Bled like crazy he said and went to Medical but they were too busy so he left and toughed it out because he wanted to do BS.  While doing BS he had a tough time breathing and completed it but then went to Medical afterwards cause he was told to. Well they told him he had pneumonia, strep throat, broken nose and a deviated septum.  They also told him he wouldn't be able to march on Friday, took some tests and sent him to his barracks and told him to go to sleep. That's why he didn't call.  SO this morning he had to go back to Medical, apparently he only has strep not pneumonia.  But still has a broken nose and septum deviation.  He argued with them about the marching and will be able to march at PIR (thank goodness)  not sure what they will be doing for the nose yet.

But I have a SAILOR.....and I talked to him and will see him in 1 day and 18 hours. HOOYAH!!!!!

Thanks everyone for keeping me in your prayers and for all the encouraging words.  Can't wait to see everyone and (((HUGS))) to you all.................

DebBon:  Hoping that you may get a call tonight from him if they have a pizza party (which they normally do and then they can call again if there is time).  Congrats to your new sailor!

Praying for you all as you travel to one of the BIGGEST days of your life!

Too Tall's Mom:  I'm especially thrilled that YOU all will be there....I know it will be extra special for you.

If anyone has emergency questions when they get there, please post.  I will keep checking the site and try to answer, as will Jessica and Lala....But most of all...have a wonderful time with your new sailors!

Hooyah and Bravo Zulu!
