I got a letter today - its the best letter yet!! He sounds so excited for Battlestations and PIR - said the div. is coming together well - they passed their last inspection and won all the flags they could get.. When is the hall of fame game or whatever that fun day is called??  Isn't that before battlestations?

Normally by now, we have a BattleStations schedule together.  But I have only received a couple of dates from you all, and they have been conflicting!  Sooo....I say....have phones handy tomorrow just in case some make the I'm a Sailor call.  They normally go in numerical order, brother divisions together.  So that should tell you who may be calling...if anyone!  Calls usually start around 2 pm GL time and can continue for a while.

If no calls come in tomorrow, then it looks like all will go through next week.  Just don't leave those phones for a minute...in the bras, ladies!

Debbie:  You'll get that call!  We just aren't sure when!  :-)

I have pretty good contact with our recruiter...he said the last week to expect fewer letters if any since they are preparing for PIR...sooo no news is good news... LOL

Ok - since I haven't heard ANYTHING (by phone or mail) since Thanksgiving, maybe I won't get that call either lol!

Debbie G...once they have passed Battlestations they are granted "THE CALL" that says they are officially a SAILOR..... :o)))

Received an uplifting letter from our SR. Also received an awesome Christmas decoration with his picture on it! Tears of happiness!!! Said they have received all their flags :-) :-)! Sounds like he is with a good Division, Thank you Lord! Can't wait until next week.
