I will change the meet and greet event to start at 6. I did it this morning that sounds great to me. I am understanding correctly that you are doing name tags?

In addition to what Lala said below, some groups like to have a N4Moms MeetNGreet, either during the Ramada's (the Ramada's is open to all Navy families with PIR the next day, whether on N4M's or not) or afterwards for dinner at a restaurant. Lynne from the 11/5 group can enlighten you on this. They did their's at Anastasia's. Some groups just have theirs at the Ramada and enjoy that too...it is totally up to you.

proudmom: You may want to start a MeetNGreet discussion up top.

SRA: You're in luck! There is a MeetNGreet that night...Dec 21st, 6-8 pm, at the Ramada Inn in Waukegan. It is open to all Navy families and you will meet the ladies in this group there. Enjoy!

Someone from this group can set up the event so that everyone knows about the Meet and Greet. It is easy to do just go to events and it should walk you through how to set it up. It will let you send a message to all the members of this group and they can RSVP for how many will be there. Then about a week before you go call the Ramada and let them know approx how many people will be coming from N4M's. It is really simple if someone needs help doing it just let me know.

for SRA I am not going alone however we are also staying at the navy lodge and we can meet up for coffee or food.Or we can go to the Ramada Inn (thanks lala) not a problem!

SRA- the Ramada Inn has a meet and greet the night before PIR. It is free and they serve hot hor dourves. You have to pay for drinks but we took our own bottled soda in without a problem. There will be lots of Navy families there. Some from N4Ms and other who sadly have never heard of this site.
