Phoebe, That is so great! I'm so happy for you.

Penny, Awesome about the flag! You will really be able to see him at PIR. Congrats!

Betsy.. no I am not moving for Jons A school. His schooling is only 9 weeks long.. no need to pack up and move for 2 months tho I am tempted to cause there is an apt complex in SanDiego that does rent by the month.. seems in the end it would be too much of a hassle..

Haha Phoebe...I'm happy to hear another recruit say "I love it!" I thought my son was the only strange one! :) He really sounds like he likes it. Of course this is all he has dreamed about for 3 years!

Hey! I got my call today too!!!!! Yay!! He sounded so good! He said it is going good, and that he is carrying the flag in the marching!!! (Well, if he doesnt' get into trouble before then!) Soo proud of him! :) He is a grad and go...but the "go" is home with us before A school. Again...Yay! Think he said he is on the Triton. He was on the Pearl Harbor, but now Triton I think. I will have to look that up! Soooo happy!

Terry, YAY! I'm so happy for you cause he wants to come home.

Mary, you will need that extra time later, so that makes sense. You are moving to his A school area, aren't you?

Ash: 906 would have to be here. I have never seen a group have three 900 groups...

Intensive Training is used for punishment in a division. If one screws up, they all do it...it can go on for a couple of hours. My son, who could never go to bed sweaty, said it was so bad one night when his division did it that they all fell into bed sweaty and didn't care!

Ash 2/906 No letter here as of Friday...Today Saturday, the mail should arrive by 4:00 so I'll post a happy or sad face at that time MST.
