candles burning again for the remaining divisions, calls come late in the afternoon and seem to go in order of division. 14 didn't call today until nearly 5p. some anxious moments waiting but it was worth it. now we can pack
Comment by Linda (navynucmom) on November 30, 2010 at 9:46pm
@melh, you or your recruit have to buy them. they will be available at PIR if you didn't order one. The recruits had the option of buying them, so you'll have to check with your recruit to see if he ordered any.

Question - do our young men get a division t-shirt or do we/they have to buy them?

There needs to be a 'like' button on this wall - I'd be clicking it on all your comments! Can't wait for Friday! Hope to meet some of you @ graduation (I'm pessimistic about making it to Ramada Meet&Greet in time) ... told my husband I'd be holding a placard with my screenname on it @ PIR; he didn't like that idea too much lol...

Congrats to all our new sailors! Good luck to recruits doing BS tonight and tomorrow night. My son didn't seem too tired, says they get to go to bed at 8p, but he has to stand watch at 10p, so not much sleep for him tonight AGAIN! But he sounded great! Has a bit of a cold and may go to sick ship tomorrow to get meds. Says he doesn't want to be sick for graduation.
@Proud to be A's mom - she will be fine and pass with flying colors. Dont' worry!
