chanmom: Sometimes those going to GL are not GradNGo and don't move that first day....they stay on RTC for a few days and then move over. Ask when he calls after BStations if he is GradNGo and you will know how to plan.

Good luck to Div 11,12,13 and 14 tonight!! I will be worthless Wednesday at work waiting on yalls posts or Chandlers call to say "I'm a Sailor"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wonder if pictures will even be posted from Thanksgiving at the Museum because of security reasons? I wish I could have seen some!!!

Not sure if he is Grad and Go? I read on the Recruit Training Commnad page that if he is to attend school in GL then after graduation we can hang out and go to the museum on base and eat on base until the contacts us and that it could take up to 5 hours. I am flying so I hate to add anything else to my packing. I am one of those who takes 5 or 6 pair of shoes ha ha!!

chanmomship: He should be able toget his address once on that base. Is he GradNGo? If so, he should have the address when you pick him up after he moves over there. If he is moving after you leave, he will have to call you with it.

HOWEVER: Take these things with you! Because....you can store them at Lock N Go lockers until he is on the base to get them (i.e., not GradNGo but moving a few days later). Safer to have them there in a locker if need be.
