Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi All:) Just got back from Chicago. I had a wonderful time with my son & his recruit friend, Phil. They are both Nukes and are NOT grad & go. Their diviison is doing great & is still in line for Hall of Fame status. Battle stations has been confirmed for Wed, 12/1

Ordered my ribbons like Monday of this week...nothging like waiting till the last minute huh......but received them today and they are absolutely gorgeous!!! Thanks Lala...wonderful job and we'll wear them with pride...I know gma Julie will just cry, and so will sarah(Michael's Gf)..Thanks!!!!!

thanks for the links ladies and Tammy,,,, I found my son iin like 5 pic,,, one he was being himself,,,, always a goofy smile pic, that is how I pick him out,,, what a dork...lol He sounded so good yesterday,, better then when I talked to him on wednesday, he sounded rested,,,, he also told me Div 009 got a 4.7 out of 5 in BS... way to go Div 009.... washing cloths to Pack cant wait, cant wait,,hey did i tell you I cant wait,,,,,,,,,, Im glad i got to see him in aa veryawesome talking to me on the phone with a smile on his face,,, that church is awesome for thinking of us,,,,,
