DaLinda, the number is 847--578-6205. They're open M-F 7am-3:30pm. I don't know if it's on this site anywhere or not...I just kept the paper that came with the pictures Justin ordered incase I want to ever order more pictures.

Louise-(sorry) FCAT is the probable equilivant of SAT type testing here in FL. For my 14 yr old that is in 8th grade it regulates if she will be able to graduate high school when it comes time (those that score under a 2 cannot graduate) so they really put the pressure on these kids-private schooled kids don't undergo these tests. So even when you have the best of students they get stressed no matter how hard you try to help them from getting that way.

DaLinda-our video was perfect. The only thing I noticed was a slight buzz at one point in the video like a cell phone was interfering. Thought it was something here on our end but when I watched it with my husband and then again with one of our daughters and it was in the same exact area I realized it must've been a cell phone there. I'd definately call the Navy Photo Lab-I'm sure they'll send you another one (heck they ought to since the cost would be $29 if you bought it seperately). Good luck with that.

Woohoo, Beth. He'll be fine. I can feel that stress in our own home as I am taking my state exam this Thursday to get my Health, Life and Annunities License to become and insurance agent for United American/Liberty Natl. Ins. I said I wasn't that great of a student when I was in school (straight C student-don't have a clue how we raised/are raising 3 honor students) and both by 14 and 13 yr old daughters have there FCAT exams this and next week. So we're all studying like crazy in this house too.

Prayers sent....thanks Louise for saying all of that so I could join in.

I got Justin's keel today. It is very nice but he will enjoy it so much more than we will as we can't tell if we see him or not sometimes. Found him in 1 plus his group and individual. Joanne, I did see Nick in a couple though. I'm, not sure if the Keel is the Cruise Book-now I'm completely confused because when I called the Navy Photo Lab the other day the lady there said that Justin's ordered the Cruise Book which was the mini version (however her English didn't seem to be very good so, perhaps, this is all he's getting).

FYI all- I just called the Navy Exchange Photo Lab because Justin couldn't remember if he ordered the yearbook. She said he did but it's called the Cruise Book (a mini book of his division). It takes longer than the DVD-it takes 8-10 weeks. Woah those things take a good long while but, judging by the DVD we got yesterday, the wait is very well worth it! Perhaps there is another book called the Keel but our son didn't order that and it's fine.

Hi Maryellen. Justin can't remember if he ordered the keel or not. If he didn't do you think it's worth it to order it now?

Beth-I so agree. I was glad my husband wasn't yet home when I first started watching it because I, too, was sobbing uncontrollably. I don't know why I wasn't like that there (as I'd heard to expect it). I think it was because I was beaming and grinning from ear to ear. Now, sailors away always gets to me-it did there. And then, of course, I cried when I first got my arms around our son at PIR. That video was done very well. Funny when they called liberty you can see a child in a white coat running out (division 081) ahead of everybody else. That was our daughter-she wanted her brother badly. We still laugh about that because we knew that she was the first out.

Don't leave us Beth...keep coming back to old 'original' friends.

I GOT IT I GOT IT!!!!!!!! Fedex just came and we got the DVD. My hubby is now watching it to catch up with what I already saw. It's awesome-reliving it all over again. Funny, my tears were flowing much more now, watching this video, than when we were there. Guess because I was so darned proud that tears weren't getting in the way as much. When division 081 (our sons) came in Justin is on the end of the row on the side where they're filming so we can see him clearly, which is great for the family to see him. I can't wait to get it to my parents and my father in law and the rest of the family and friends as well.

We didn't receive a yearbook though. I thought Justin ordered that too. I'll have to ask him.

I see no one has put the video on the videos yet so I will try to do that (if I can figure out how) so that those of you and your families that couldn't go can see it.

Maggie-you can still order photos and dvd's if you want to. Just call the Navy Exchange Lab at 847-578-6205 M-F 7am-3:30pm. It says the cost of the DVD is $29.00 plus shipping. Photo prices vary. I don't see a website but, perhaps, they'll tell you how to find more details. Gosh, you really haven't heard from him much at all. That's gotta be tough. Our son calls about once a week. It was more when he first got to A school but now he's started classes as well as he has his car and he's made all kinds of friends.

Where's everybody else now....Gail asked to let us know about your sailors.
