Sandra, sounds like Nichelle has been really busy but glad things are looking up for her! Shawn got his information dominance warfare pin last week and was the 1st junior enlisted to get pinned at his command. Still waiting on his diploma from school. Everything on our end is looking up. We pack out next month and will finally have paid off my car and get it from my parents. Hopefully 4th time is the charm ;)
Wow this has been a long 2 wks. Sandra I'm always on the vitamins. The new meds they gave me haven't been agreeing with me so they told me to stop for a week and then take them minimum dose for 2 wks instead of 1 in hopes that it doesn't make me sick again.... Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! Shawn has gate duty at 4:30am this weekend so it's been me and the pets doing hw. We also have to finish the paperwork so we can get a date for pack outs and we are making out cross country drive on April 2nd!! Can't wait to get out of here!!!
Sandra that sounds great. I would love to meet him when we get there. Today has been a good day other then a migraine that won't go away. We got our hard copies today and should be getting to San Diego in April. Also had a doc appt today and finally got some answers and trying out some meds after playing musical doctors to get answers. The doc I saw today was really optimistic that this course of meds will work so fingers crossed.
Well I hope everyone had a happy new year. We got a rescue Dachshund on New Year’s Eve and she has fit in well with the other two we have (one is our other son’s). It looks like Brian will be getting a couple of weeks leave and will be coming down for a visit. I just hope it’s not the week I’m gone for some more training. Sarah hope everything works out for you.
Happy New Year! Still waiting for answers that will hopefully come this Thursday. I am not leaving without them as I am tired of not knowing what options we have. Looks like we are heading to San Diego the beginning of May since his command won't release him early so he can go to some training. Already found some great apartments that will allow my pup so now I just have to figure out my schooling options which are limited. But I am so ready to get out of here regardless of what happens and looking forward to moving far far away from family. Hope everyone enjoyed their holidays!
With it being quite on here I hope that most of you enjoyed a merry Christmas with your sailors. We're hoping that Brian is able to come down for a visit in January. Hope everyone has a Happy and Safe New Year!
Happy Solstice to everyone! May your winter be bright with the love of family and friends.
Hi Sandra, Thanks. Brian may be home in January but not Christmas. He was only able to get 10 days leave and was home for Veterans day.
YES Brian earned his Dolphins!
