OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I realize later that I had my time in wrong yesterday when I got my call. My first call came at 3:03 (eastern time) and the phone that Paxston was calling on was BROKEN! I could not hear him. I had to wait till about 3:25, he had to wait till a phone was free.
