I am so excited for you, Jenny!!! I know that you are so proud of Hannah!!

I hope everyone is packing all of their warmest clothing for this weekend. After a brief "warm" spell last week, it's getting really cold up here in Chicago again this week.

One of my favorite letters home: Dear Mom, I hope this gets there before the 12th, that is our 7 month anniversary. This is an emergency letter. I need you to go buy ten dozen pink roses, or some ridiculous amount and anything else that you think she needs....

I had the best time doing this for Jordan - I bought her 7 pink roses (pink at his request) and got a cute card and a stuffed animal and took them to work for her, so she got her surprise when she got there. Then after she went to work I went to her house and arranged 7 more vases with all kinds of flowers - one for each month. Even had red/white roses with some purple extras - that was my Americcan bouquet! Had the proud to be an american ribbon. Oh yea, I even got a box for her to put her letters in, said: LOVE every once in a while in an ordinary life love comes along and makes it a fairy tale.

That was SO MUCH FUN!!! Of course I had to read the letter for her to really beleive it was his idea! She will be going with us! And she is NOT HAPPY about them not being able to hold hands in public. Bless her little heart - :-)
* and yes she will be reading this very soon - Love you Jordan!!!! *
