i got three letters today but ive only read 2 so far. they were dated the 12th and 13th ill read the last one tomorrow. on the 12th he said he was going to be studying a lot because they had their 3rd and final test. he said he heard the test was pretty hard, but he thinks he can do it. (i know he can :) )said for battle stations they have to stay up for about 40+ hrs. on the 13th he did the gas chamber. he said it was a cake walk and everyone told him that he handled it the best. he said he was nervous about the next day because they had their PI/DMI inspection, it would either go really good or really bad. so hopefully i find out tomorrow how he did.

Hi all. Just got a letter from my daughter. She sounds really good. She said that they are all really excited about this week. What goes on in BS is classified so we will never know for sure what goes on. She told me the gas chamber was cool! Can't believe that. It was an interesting experience eventhough it was painful. Can't believe how far she's come. She was always such a girlie girl. I'm so proud of her! Blue candle is burning and we are sending prayers our sailor's way.
