Don't forget when your SR calls to ask if their whole DIV passed. This will make it easier on those waiting for phone calls if their SR has duty or can't get to a phone right away.

Now c'mon phone, RING!!!!

Yes good luck 107 & 108 Hooyah!!!   Counting down the hours until we get those I am a Sailor calls.

So excited to get that call! No sleep last night here either. Blessings on all of you that have so little time with your sailors! Make the most of what you get and sleep another time (easier said than done I guess). Thoughts and prayers going out to 107 and 108 for tonight!! GO NAVY!

Navyfam:  We have been told that it is up to the airlines on how many gate passes they issue to family members. All in the group have to have ID for sure.  My suggestion is when you fly in for PIR, go check on that at the counter if you can so you will know ahead of time.  They are very good to the sailors in Chicago so I know they will accommodate as many family members/friends at the gates as they can.

navymom:  Don't give those rooms away quite so quickly....because he just may pass that run on by Thurs morning (he will call if he passes it), go through BattleStations that night with PIR 3/25's first group, and be at PIR (in the balcony, too tired to march, but a sailor!).  It happens alot on here.

What a bummer so sorry, I already have a hotel booked. Did you ask if you can just change the dates?? Just trying to come up ithe ideas.
Comment by navymom3 on March 15, 2011 at 11:56am
I did call them but booked it on priceline. So they said I would have to call priceline. They said I could probably put another name on the reservation but can't cancel cause it was a low rate. So just trying to see if anyone still needs hotel rooms.
Comment by cinder on March 15, 2011 at 11:54am
Most of the hotels around there have an easy cancelation policy just for this reason.  Did you call them?
