I see lots of weather pics on here almost every day so I thought I would share one with you all. It was taken this morning above Lake Toxaway about 30 min from my house. We have the most amazing sunrises here :) Happy Ground Hogs Day!!!

The peanut butter shot apparently has some interesting minor side effects, well at least for the recruits on the top bunks. lol My youngest son and my daughter's bf (soon to be fiance' :)) are sailors. My daughter's bf was telling my son this story, before he left for BC. He said that when he was in BC, the recruit on the top bunk above him, woke up the day after getting the peanut butter, tried to get out of his bunk, couldn't stand up and went down on his knees. He was ok, but he was just kinda tingling and numb is his legs and buttocks. lol It sounds harsh to us, but he said that the recruits on the bottom bunks are really grateful that they aren't on top and kinda smile quietly about it, since they don't have as far to go to get to the floor.

navymommalyn that is a great idea i never thought of that...copy and paste a couple pics and print them out on the paper that way you can fit at least 4 on a page!!!

mae_gf ship7 div105...forgot to add..doh!! You can just print pics on the back of your letters this way you don't have to worry about any scrutiny for a poofy envelope..

mae_gf ship7 div105..I think it's more letters with bulges or outside art/stickers that get scrutinized.Between myself and his 5 other sibs ,gf,etc..my son's going to get a lot of mail. We try to keep them as skinny as possible which equates to a ridiculous amount of envelopes going out.

if im not mistaken i believe they said we can send pictures but just not big ones so mayb wallet size...thick envelopes will cause problems if anything is bulging or sticking out of the envelope...i asked the same question a couple days ago and that the response i reiceve on here...they also said its better to send many envelopes one at a time instead of a big group of letters...
