Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

7 weeks and we'll be getting those calls! That is so exciting:) And this weather is disgusting! I hope they all get there safely too. I was looking at graduation videos on youtube earlier, and I was bawling my eyes out! It's so exciting and amazing to just watch people you don't even know, knowing you'll be there in a few weeks. I'm a softy.

Got the box today! It feels so silly to be excited about getting my daughters clothes in a box. She wrote notes on the inside flaps with smiley faces and hearts. Very, very fun to read! She is ship 07 Div 117 if anyone else is also.

Good afternoon! I come to you all crying today...lol but today my tears are joyous! My husband somehow arranged flowers to be delivered to me at work today for my birthday! Just wish I could tell him how much it meant to me over the phone! He is truly the best! Hurry up march 25th!!!!! I miss him like crazy!
