OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

hey i just got a text message from his recruiter a few hours ago saying he is sip 07 div 110. maybe our guys are together. did you recieve your form letter we didnt get ours yet?
I'm in Nashville so I think we just got our mail faster than others. I'm sure yours is on its way. Where are you located?
I am from nj hey did it say that they were a grad and go group I REALLY hope not
There was no info on A school included in the form letter. I don't think they know until further into BC. I'm the opposite! I hope my SR IS Grab & Go cause that would mean he has overnights with me that weekend. :)
When did he leave? He should be graduating with the rest of them on 3/25.
I called the recruiter 1-31 and he looked it up and said there was no date yet.
i assume they all graduate together right?! i havent heard anything about the PIR date yet but im guessing since he is ship 07 div 110 its 3/25?
no i didnt get a call:( im jealous!!!!! i havent recieved anything except a box. i hope everything is ok. i keep telling myself no news is good news but maybe thats not right
I didn't get a call either and YES, no news IS good news at this stage in the game. :) We'll get a call eventually, don't worry!
Has anyone gotten a call from their SR yet? I'm trying to figure out if my hubby's just behind everyone else or if our division hasn't had a chance to make calls yet.

my son called me two Sundays ago, but no one answered my cell phone.   I got his box of clothes and his form letter telling me that graduation is March 25th.   I guess no news is good news.

still, I'd like to hear his voice.

I'm wondering if they've had a chance to make other calls than the "I got here" one. I'm really hoping I get to hear from him soon.
