While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I can't believe were down to 3 weeks! This has just flown by. Such an experience so far. He sent me his plane boarding pass to put in my scrapbook:) And a piece of paper he wrapped around his ringer to get an idea of what size ring:)

Just checking in. I got three letters yesterday so did my MIL. He sounds great and is still really doing well.

I'm here in Vegas with my inlaws this weekend because my husbands grandpa passed away. :( I sure hope he gets liberty all weekend because we don't want to ruin his PIR with the bad news. It's so hard....
