Yay Amy! :D Is the Navy paying for your move? I didn't think the paperwork will get processed so quickly?

Other than Missinghim, does anyone else have a SR going to San Diego?

Navywife - I would love to move, but we're living in the house that my father built and agreed that we don't want to sell it or leave it sit empty. If we can find a renter, I'm going to be with him. If not, I'm going to be stuck here. :(

Hi everyone!

Stopping in for a quick hello. And a little excited smile for 25 more days!

Who all here has a SR going to Groton? Any wives planning on moving or am I the only crazy one? Lol.

Enjoy your Sunday all. ;)

Gwynhwyfar, I think it's wonderful that your students made cards!  Also, my son is not going to Pensacola either. He's going to Groton CT.

Diannep - Thank you for letting me know that! It'll be fine that it's opened in front of the RDCs. They are seriously cute cards -- a bunch of them drew ships and flags and sailors and stars and almost all of them said some variant of 'thank you for keeping us safe.'

Gwynhwyfar:  Make sure that the packet from the 4th graders is addressed to your SR.  They won't deliver if sent to the general division.  Your SR will have to open it in front of the RDCs but how neat when they see what they are!  So sweet!
Comment by Gwynhwyfar on February 27, 2011 at 4:47pm
I have a letter to the letterless SR ready to go tomorrow, plus the packet of cards from our 4th graders to the whole division will be going into the mail tomorrow.
