I hope so!  Fingers crossed that the RDC's won't notice.

missinghim, if it's that light, maybe they won't notice.  All of the RDC's are different, so you just never know.  You could also hope that maybe his RDC's will be in a good mood that day and will leave him alone.  :)

BattleStations discussion group is now up top.

Yes, netlas, for a smell fee they can use the interent after BattleStations.  They do this at Ricky Heaven where they have games, food and the internet.

Missy:  I agree with Betsy on the white envelopes. Do you need to buy another card for someone where you can get the same sized card with a white envelope and switch it out?  That is, if you don't have others at home like Betsy did.  If not...you can just send the blue one...but he may get hazed a bit!

MissProudNavyWife, I highly recommend only white envelopes.  Colored envelopes and stickers on envelopes will draw attention from the RDC's.  I usually kept extra cards in my house and if I purchased a cute card with a colored envelope, I would just switch the envelope with a white one that I already had.  (Shhh, you didn't hear this from me, but I have also been known to do that in a store. lol)

Would you recommend only using white envelopes to send letters & cards to our SR? I have a really cute card I want to send DH but it comes in a blue envelope and I thought I remembered reading somewhere to keep the colors and writing down to a minimum as not to draw unwanted attention to the SR. Am I being paranoid?

Thanks for the kind comment, Ashley.  We veterans love to help!  I will post the BattleStations discussion later on today.

LOL don't feel badly Ashley. We all wish we could hear their voice, even if just for a few moments. I'm honestly upset that I sent my hubby too well prepared! Maybe if he'd left something at home or forgotten to memorize my social sec # he could've called me by now!

I'm hoping too Missy. I feel bad coming on here saying I got a little phone call, but it is just an info call, no time to talk really, and I'd love to just hear him vent about whats going on! It is driving me nuts as well. And diannep, thanks so much for trying to post that, can't wait to see! You are such a help! Where would we be without you:)
