You guys are getting so close now to PIR. 29 days WOOO HOOOO. These last few weeks are so much better than the first few were I promise. Keep writing those letters. I added a questionnaire in the discussions above. You can copy and past it to word and change it to suit you and your SR. Parts of it are funny but there are some very encouraging words near the end that I said to my sailor and now I pass them on for you share with yours :-D Enjoy!!!

Okay Marmee, your excitement convinced me lol. Your ribbons to wear to PIR have now been shipped along with all the others for this group that I have received payment for :-) Please let me know when they arrive :-) And let others on here know what you think of them.

After week 4 they usually get more time to write and you could get letters a couple days a week :-D Now that is a good thing lol.

Watches are allowed, they can be black/silver or a combo of both, not other colors or gold.

I was thinking the same thing.....Lea Ann.....I want to get my son a watch for graduation, as well.  I do think there are some restrictions as to the appearance but maybe we can find out for sure.  :)

claysgirl: Just remember that it has to be small and either silver or white gold...not yellow gold (reserved for officers).
