The Form Letter has four pages preprinted (front & back) on page two at the top, your SR (Seaman Recruit) will have listed his/her Ship and Div and their new address. Towards the bottom should have your graduation date PIR (Pass In Review). Page three will list the four people they would like to have at PIR. If those names are incorrect, you must get them corrected before you arrive! Only your SR can change who is invited. Bottom of Page four will be a short message from your SR. That's all! READ those things first, relax, then read all the printed information!

diannep, yes you are correct, I got the information by calling Recruiter this morning.  Still waiting on form letter.  Just got weeks worth of letters and V'tines card out (very plain and not to draw attention).

Hi, the former "potsie!" (janlee)  !!!  I think that nursemom has just received the box, not the form letter.  Thinking she got the address from the recruiter.
