I took my 10 yr old to the store last night to pick out a new outfit for Friday.  She got a really cute blue and white striped shirt with a ship wheel in glitter on the front and a blue over jacket and white capri pants.  Adorable.  She picks this out and says...I hope he appreciates this.  LOL I realized she is only wearing it for her brother.  She is a jeans and t shirt only kinda girl.

mamamary -- I'm glad you found some winter clothes.  I am surprised they even sell them there.  It must be great to wear flip flops all year.  I can't wait for warm weather here.  I hope you keep warm.  Yes, the phone calls better start coming soon or those of us that have been waiting so long will go even more crazy.  My husband makes fun of me also.

@DJ's Mom - I saw the same forecast. Yuk is right!  But I wouldn't care if there was ice, snow, sleet.  Bring it on.  Nothing is going to keep me from seeing my son on Friday.  I never dreamed I would miss him this much.  There has not been a day gone by since he left that I have not cried.  I even ended up in the ER last week with chest pain and shortness of breath.  Thankfully, it was only stress and anxiety.  Imagine that!!!  Nobody but us mom's (and GF's too)understand what it has been like these past 8 weeks. We're almost there ladies.  Safe travels to everyone.  Thanks for being there these past two months.
