Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

And huge sigh of relief for the parents :)
I just got a letter and my son was asking me what battlestations are. That kinda makes me nervous.
He said 162 is scheduled for next Tuesday, we are praying everyone there will pass as well!!
All is going well and his best friend there is "a fellow redneck" :)
Any parents from 162 from Georgia?
He did awesome on the shooting and was scheduled to be gassed Tuesday of this week. He's still enjoying it but ready for A school, which will be in Great Lakes.
He also asked where I put his senior picture online, because his RDC's have it.
How funny!!

My prayers go out the rest of the divisions, wouldn't it be Wonderful if everyone passed in all the divisions?
