bn4gvn---was the 144 group started in here, or did someone start it outside of this PIR page as an actual "group"?...if so, then you may want to tell them to start one in here like the others...it makes it so much easier than going from place to place to find others and info. It all gets confined to this one group page and everyone can find each other easier. Plus you have one page as your info source. If any 'private messages' wish to be sent, they can always use the 'inbox' in the upper right side of this page (you can actually use your SR's names when sending PM's, no one can see...lol)

Got my letter today! I was sooooo happy reading it! He sounded pretty upbeat and he was shining his boots! And he also hates watch! But, he seemed to be adjusting and sounded in pretty good spirits! Can't wait for the next letter!

NO LETTER today!  WAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!

We still have not even gotten "forum" letter.  NOT sure if we should be concerned about that or not.

CONGRATS to those that got ur letters, how exciting it must have been to open ur mailbox to find it there.  I can't wait for that feeling.

ladies---i see that division 141 has started a group above as well. That means there are groups started for divisions 141, 145, 147,148...so if there is anyone from those divisions, just go to the discussion forum above and click 'view all' if you dont see it....

congrats to all those who received letters. To those who didnt, there is always tomorrow. Remember...you will have a love/hate relationship with your mailman over to next several weeks...lol

jenacfs---when he mentioned 'night duty' he was probably speaking about 'watch'. They all have to stand watch while in there, sometimes even getting up in the middle of the night to do so, depending on when they are scheduled.

I'm the aunt remember...but Natalie sent the 5 line letter to her dad and he got it yesterday.  He read it to me over the phone.  Yes...I cried.  I'm just glad to hear she's doing well.  Hope everyone gets a letter soon!

I received a letter also, it felt so good to read it. He said the first week was hell but now it is not so bad. He said he has a cold and most of the guys do as well. They are all hacking all over eachother (LOL)!!! He was put on night duty for an hr but i am not sure what that is. He said he is one of oldest ones their including one other. He also told me that their are alot of teenagers there in his division that act out and can't follow simple directions so of course they get yelled at. I can't wait to see him and i have never been so proud of him.
