Booked at Hilton Garden Inn, is anyone else staying there?  We could shuttle to the PIR together:)  Anyone hear any reviews of this hotel?  I usually always stay in Hiltons when I travel, and 9/10 they are nice.  But really havent heard either way on this one.

Thank you ladies:)

I just missed a call from my SR.  He called to get some information faxed that he took to MEPS before he left and they told him that he did not have to take with him cause they made copies for the RTC. I guess it got misplaced.  I faxed the information but hate that I missed the call.  My other son took the call and said he was to the point and sounded TIRED.  He is in the "push division"- 148 so he is probably VERY tired.  I hope not to miss the next call!!!!

joshmom---yes...they can pay using their visa/atm/ card. Im not sure about having a few days to order a package, i can check on that. By the time my son got his photos taken...i had received a phone call from him. So i was able to tell him over the phone, but i had also written it several times to him in different letters. So you should still have time to tell him. Just put it in your next letter.

If they brought their visa/ATM card with them can they use that to pay for the pictures. I will tell him to get package A. What if they do not get our message until after the pictures are taken do they have a few days to make the order?

Moms/wives/GF's, etc.... Your Sr's will be having their photos taken in a few weeks. You will NOT receive a photo packet to order from or to pay for. I have added info above about the packets and ordering.

Your SR's are responsible for placing their order the day of. So you may want to write and tell them which packet to order. They get confused and arent sure exactly what you may want. Plus its one less thing they have to worry about while in there;

IF YOU want to pay for these photos...you are able to send a check to your SR..BUT...their name must be on the account. They will not accept a check from your SR unless his/her name is attached to the account. What you can do is,,,deposit money in their account and send them a check from it. OR..you can deposit money in their account and tell THEM  to just pay for them..OR...you can tell them which package to order and YOU can pay for them at NEX (their supply store) the day of PIR; But be warned...it gets very crowded in there.

A lot of the SR's just pay for them themselves.(remember...they are getting payed while in BC...lol) and give you the photos right after PIR. But if you feel badly...you can always reimburse them while there..:)))

Review the info above and you can write them with a 'heads up' on what you would like them to order.:))

ladies---i have added another topic to the discussion forum above. It is to try and clarify the definition of a Grad and Go (Saturday departure). These terms are confusing, so i hope the info i posted helps to let you understand it a little better.
