gratefulmom3.....I did see last night on FB that someone from 03/143 did receive "I'm a sailor"call.  Hang tight...maybe your son was on watch...and you'll receive a call today :)

gratefulmom:  If he had not passed BattleStations that first night (when his division went through--Thurs), he would go through again with another group.  They pretty much 100 percent pass the 2nd time.  I hope that he calls you soon....maybe today....  I know the waiting is hard, but as long as you know he had passed all of his tests before BattleStations, I think he is fine.  I tried to look through the previous pages on here to see if anyone posted that all of 143 passed, but didn't find that.

Thank you for the encouragement from all you ladies. My son's PIR is on 4/22/11 in 3 days and why no "I AM A SAILOR" call. I did receive a letter dated Saturday that he passed his Fit test. Me and waiting are starting to not be on the best of terms unlike Megs-sailor wife. My son is in Ship 3 Division 143 and if there are any moms that have heard from their sailor from this division could let me know any info i would be gratefull. Thank You

*Ok ladies I just got a letter from my hubby. It was dated on Sunday. He said that BS was going to be tonight. Now I don't know what time he wrote this so I am not sure if it is still accurate info. They could have changed what was going to happen after he wrote this. I guess we will just have to wait and see if anyone gets a call. If no call today then we wait for tomorrow. Yeah waiting and I have this great relationship going. We seem to understand each other. Lol. :-)

*Betty Boo-thanks for the good advice. I prob do forget to breath :-)

Comment by Betty Boo on April 19, 2011 at 12:32pm
No because that is exactly what I did yesterday, breath and soon you will get your call.
