Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Love Him- Does he still not have time to retake swim test? I thought they could retake tests until they pass them and then still do BS with another DIV before PIR.

My mom just called me to tell me that my sailor son just called her and my dad. So everybody else in div 142 keep your phones close by.

Thank you guys so much (what would I do without Navyformoms). I know he'll work hard this week, just hope he's not too hard on himself because I know he and every other recruit wants to graduate and get out of there.

Congratulations to the divisions who took the Captains Cup today. Im sure everyone had fun, and it was a nice break for all the recruits..:))

Lovehim--So sorry to hear youre BF was sent back a division. Hopefully this will be it and all goes well this time..good luck to you and him..:)

so I just found out my bf won't be graduating on 4/22, he didnt pass a swimming test so they moved him into another DIV&& his PIR will be 4/29. I'm kind of sad because I was so looking forward to seeing him this upcoming week, either way I'm still going to see him on 4/29.
  
  Congrats to DIV 143, 146 & 148 for the CC titles!
