Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Comment by annamichael on April 22, 2011 at 10:24pm: 144 had an extra hour..9pm. YAY CNO! So thankful for that extra hour. IT was bittersweet. Can't wait to see him tomorrow AM at the airport. Lunch - Jason's Deli.. AWESOME. Dinner - Philly Cheese steak place.. okay. We just relaxed, went to Best Buy and he bought his first laptop (: YAY FOR SKYPE! And just spent valuable time together. I would like to say thank you to EVERYONE on this sight. I plan to continue to check and add to it, but you all have been SO very helpful. Thank you and CONGRATULATIONS to you and your new SAILOR!!

Comment by CDanielleR on April 22, 2011 at 9:58pm: My bf moved to his A school today here in Great Lakes. He had to be back at 8:45. I dropped him off right at his school at 8:20. LOL!! Here comes the rain. He says I can come get him at 5a...ummm we will see about that. Too early for me. LOL!

Comment by FreeBird61 on April 22, 2011 at 2:01pm: Just got IM with my daughter...she is a waiting to be with her Sailor BF for LIBERTY..at least she won't be lonely....he is stationed there also across the street so he got Liberty to be with her today...that is so awesome ...I told her it was like a movie or a novel i was reading...it is just beautiful...she is going to relax and have food and a great afternoon with her boyfriend....I just heard of all this today..what a surprise...I haven't been in touch I didn't know if the relationship was still going on...but I guess it is...that is wonderful for the both of them....I wish them the best...I am just glad to here from my daughter and chat with her awhile....Can't wait to see more pics..she said she will take more on Liberty...Wahoooo!!
