I do! My son Rob.
Hey there, how are ya? So when did your son go in? Did you just get his address?
Hi! Rob went in 3/22 - I got his address from his recruiter on Friday and the "letter" Monday (or Tuesday :-) ). I was really surprised at how quickly I got the info, and happy because now I have a bit of time to make plans to come to Great Lakes!
Hi again- wow, I just spoke with Rob - he needed info (job verification etc) to be faxed to GL - he sounded great!! What a good day!
wow you actually got to talk to him? that is great. I cant wait to hear from Aaron. what is your sons last name, i read somewhere that the last name is how what we need to call them since there is so many first names alike...lol...so my Aaron last name is Christmas. Where do you live? Im writing Christmas right now so i will ask him if he knows your son as soon as you tell me his name..lol...ttyl...are you on facebook?? if so you can look me up sweetlc1970@yahoo.com or just type in lynn christmas. ttyl
Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to reply to this privately so last names are not flying around - as soon as I find that info I'll get back to you - thanks for writing!
Ya'll can friend each other then in Private Messages send last names and other info. To send a private message got to your friends page under her profile pic will have "send a message" click on that and you can send a private message. To see if you've got messages look in the upper Right hand corner and beside of inbox will show if you have messages.
Thanks!
My Daughter Arnemann has this ship number. She left 3/22. I did get the standard letter telling me her graduation date and mailing address but I have not received the box or any letters from her. I hope to hear something soon. I really miss my daughter.
Hello jw,

Glad to see more people coming in here. I cant believe you havent received her box yet. How old is your daughter? My son is 18. I just hope everything is well with them. From what im seeing so far it looks like no phone calls is a good sign right now, so im sure they are doing good. I cant wait for my first letter as well. Poor mailman if only he knew how important he is right now to me..lol...

Anyways welcome and hope to hear from you soon. Lynn
Hi Sweetic70,

My daughter is 23 and I thought by today I would have received something from her but no and I am a little worried. I was stalking the mailman myself today lol. I hope you and everyone else in our group had a wonderful Easter Sunday.

I will let you know when I do hear from my daughter.

Thanks,
Jackie
Hello Sunshine,

Yes i did have a good peaceful Easter and i hope you did as well. Im so glad to see more people coming in here. So what graduation do you have? Where abouts do does everyone live? Im in Atlanta. I hope that we all get to know each other pretty well on here. Its just so hard for the people in our lives that have never been through this before to really understand what we are feeling.

Hope to hear from you soon
welcome
Lynn
