FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Whoo Hoo!! Finally got Rachael's Keel book today!! I really enjoyed looking at it,now I guess that I'm going to have to mail it to her! :)

sorry got my wires crossed.hope your scan comes back just perfect. last year i was taking care of a friend we had to go to the hospital everyday for months for tests and blood work and scans so make sure you dont get to tired at work he had to stop his jobwas at the hospital to much.i will be thinking about you in a week or two good luck i am sure everything will be fine.going back to work early i am sure you werereally tired but i am sure staying at home makes you think to much as well please let us know how you doing

my son went in bc in march on st patrick day maybe they were in together so is it your son or daughter thats on the uss boxer sorry to hear that you have been ill hope you get better really soon

what a great picture how old are they brother and sister how long have they been in must of been hard trying to get a picture of them together you must be really proud of them you have a beautiful family

Erica's ship is out too...and she will be flown to its home port away from home. Her ship will be out 6 months too. She is so excited to be going and getting on a ship. Will keep yall up to date as we get info. Glad to know everyones' children is finally getting in the fleet.
