OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

HEYA CRATE, guess who? Have been so busy, but I have popped in now & then. Erica looks great, & happy too. Tiffany is already having an amazing time in the NAVY! She says it is what mOM said, "MACH ll WITH YOUR HAIR ON FIRE!" She is headed for Washinton State, Bremerton...THE USS STENNIS. I yust know she will have a good one in Washington. It is so beautiful up there, so much to do, & the base she will be at is so together, seems really organized & well run. Where did you say Erica will be stationed? I'll be back to see what you guys are up to. Till then...ANGEL WINGS AROUND YOU. I never did get one of those cute nametags. It probably got chewed up in one of those postalmatic maniac machines=going postal. ENSO, WHAT DO YA THINK? YUST GOT ITS CUTE LITTLE RED, WHITE, & BLUE, SHREDDED.! AHA!
