Hi All,
Glad to hear that everyone is doing well. Most have cell phones and laptops now and it is awesome to communicate at any time with our Sailors. My son in still in the Great Lakes in an On the Job Training program. I have talked to him several times over the last couple of day and he sounds happy. I have posted about 40 pictures to my site of graduation. Such an awesome experience. Have a great weekend!

Hi Nancy! I'm glad Chris is doing good! Vicktoria is doing good too! She had liberty yesterday and duty all day today! I kept asking Vicktoria to find Chris the other day (Wednesday) to tell him to call you, but she kept saying "Mom, we don't know first names, I'm not sure who he is!" She's a pain! lol! I've heard from her constantly because I shipped her phone to her on Wednesday with overnight mail! I'm wondering when she gets her work done! lol! They sound so happy and I have such peace in my heart now!

I am in the process of getting Chris a laptop...and a cell phone..LOL I do miss writing him those letters ...BUT I am thankful to talk to him almost daily. He has liberty today...his friends have opposite duty day - he had duty tomorrow...they have it today..LOL...so he said he was going to the Loft and maybe to the movie theatre on base....One more week and then his school starts..

Glad everyone is doing good. It is alot quieter here. Bradley is still waiting in GL. But at least he has his phone. He gets to call in the evening mostly. It does feel funny not sending all those letters, I kinda miss it.LOL.

Tori, yes, tell him to stay put! Pensacola is an awesome town! We have SO much history here (if he's into that). History onbase too! Tell him to the fort on base (dates back to the spanish american war) and look across the intercoastal waterway (toward the ulf of Mexico). He will see another fort (Fort Pickens). The same age as Ft. Barrancass on base. This is where they held Geronimo! They took him by boat to the island (what is now Pensacola Beach) to the fort. They knew he couldn't escape because he had seen dolphins on the boat trip! I don't know if he was afraid of dolphins or what the Indian connections to them were. He also needs to stay for SPRING BREAK nad GIRLS with barely anything on! LOL!!!!!!! Tell him to hang out at Pensacola Beach as much as possible! After all, he's a guy and it's a DREAM COME TRUE!!!!!!! LOL!!!
