I'm so happy for all you mom's below who got their calls! Sounds like mainly ship 09 div 223 and 224 so maybe getting closer to mine ?!? (doens't make a difference but I can only keep hoping). I saw a T-shirt that said something like "warning, I will fight, push, pull, shove, and bribe, to get to the phone first -- I'm a Navy Mom!" That's about how I feel. I jump every time the phone rings and tell anyone who's on the phone THEY MUST ANSWER THE CALL WAITING!!! -- I guess this is how it will be once they are deployed (shouldn't think that far in advance, I know, I know). Sounds like they're all doing well. I love the comments and details. I hope to share mine with you soon!

jih: When I saw 847 I knew it was him.. I answered the phone and said Dustin I love you and miss you I love you and miss you I love you and miss you.. He started to giggle.. And I started bawling... He said mom I am okay.. I said I know Dustin but I am not.. Thank God for Navy for Moms because I would be worse right now if I didnt have all those strong shoulders to fall on... He said I am so happy you have all of them... Since he is RCPOC he gets yelled at all the time he said. If anyone messes up it falls on his shoulders. He said he can take it though.. He said the RDC's call him Waldo because of his nice glasses.. LOL.. He said he gets home cisk from time to time but that is just the way it is.. He said that some of my letters made him cry he is my soft heart and I said why, he said because I know you well enough to read between the lines and I could see your tears stains on the paper.. OOOPS!! I told him I am doing much better since I got his letter and his call so not to worry about me anymore.. He said since he is RCPOC at graduation he will be walking in front of the DIV with a sword and he will yell the commands and they will annouce his RDC's name and then they will say SAILOR RECUIT CHIEIF PETTY OFFICER DUSTIN S----- a farmer from Indiana... LOL.. His dad is a HUGE dairy farmer... That made me laugh..

I am so sorry to hear what you are going through... I know it is scary and yes you are way to young to let this get the best of you.. I will praying for you all the time.. I know you will be okay when you talk to your sweet girl.. : ) I hope tomorrow you get or call or maybe later tonight. Dustin said this call was schedulded..

Kyles proud MOM: Yeeah for you... : ) Oh it is such a relief he is doing good. It does your heart good doesnt it.. GO KYLE GO!!!

mamaber_ So happy for Daniel... All of our kids made the right choices and in a few short weeks they will all be moving on to their calling's... I LOVE THAT and am so proud of all of them..

Daniel called about 4pm Cleveland time......I know there are like 86 men in the div so maybe it will take awhile for all of them to call or maybe half today half tomorrow?
my fingers are crossed for everyone to get a call..........
