I did not see anyplace for my son's division so I thought I would start something. Graduation is approaching quickly and today should be the day we get our calls, indicating that they have reached "Sailor" status. I am anxiously awaiting my call.

Has anyone heard anything?

Hi MN Mom- I think you had a discussion on the 2nd page (view all). It only looks like you and Jennifer T were in it. Hopefully, more will be here. I'll go close the other one.
Sorry to mess things up. I forgot to use the "View All" button. Thank you for keeping us organized. I have to tell you I am a bag of nerves today waiting for my call. The longer it goes, does that mean something bad? Our division was to have BS last night, ending today???
Obviously, this is delayed in writing since you have a sailor already. Congrats! The wait is very nerve wracking, but it is over for you. So awesome. Isn't it a wonderful feeling to know that you have a sailor? Congrats.
WE HAVE SAILORS!!!! I was so anxious today I couldn't stand it!! I'm so glad to hear your son did well too : ) I told my boyfriend that I met someone whos son is the the same ship and division. He asked me his name, and I told him I didn't know. Donald is the "master of arms" and said he knows everyone in the division. Wouldn't that be great if they were buddies? How cool. Well I can't wait til next Friday!! One more week. I leave FL on Wednesday morning!!! : ) I'm so excited!! Please let me know his name so I can see if Donald (Taylor) knows him.
Jennifer.....Donald might know him - his name is Dallas and he thinks he is the only one from MN. Are you going to be at the "Meet N Greet" event? I will try and send another letter today to see if my son knows your boyfriend. I feel such relief in getting that call over....now I can't wait until next week.
Renee,
I probably wont be at the meet-n-greet. I'm traveling with family (his family) and will probably be stuck at my hotel while they go visit other family lol . I finally got a good nights sleep last night!!! I'm so proud of him and am so excited about next Friday!! : )
