Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. Tickets are now issued for all guests, and all guests must have a ticket to enter base. A separate parking pass is no longer needed to drive on to base for parking.

We got our call on Tuesday that's weird I would think their division would get call on same day? How was she?

my son received one from our SR this last week, don't remember which day it was.

We have not received a call yet. My son had his wisdom teeth out the day they made the calls. Sure will make seeing him more exciting. Can not wait for the next 11 days to fly by.

We have rec'd 2 calls - 1st was on Tues Jun 21 and one today! Both calls were quick. The 1st we missed so he had to leave a message (voice was cracking), and today's call he sounded good. He too had his wisdom teeth out. Must the age of the kids and they all need them out about now. He said they are all cramming for tests and a lot of inspections from now until PIR on the 20th and not to expect many letters to go out. A lot of stress in the barracks! Said all is going good and likes the food. We are very proud!
