google also said its a petty officer, so that means she must be doing good then. But that wouldn't keep her from marching or graduating though right?

Rob:  Yeoman is office support/administrative support (lots of paperwork!). That is what my son does.

MidwestMom:  I hope you threw your hubby the grocery list ---as you rushed by him to get to your letter!  "Take care of this, will ya, honey???"  MamaBear is activated!

Yay! You got your letters, Rob! Glad to hear she's doing okay. Sound like she has a few job options. She's gone through so much already not to continue on to graduate. You can send her the encouragement letter that Lala offered. Maybe that will help. Or even a copy of what you posted a while back: "You Know You Miss Your Sailor When:"

See PIR PHOTOS posted on above discussion. Your sailors will be in white. Good luck to all.

Received multiple letters today :) She said she can't march so she got put on ships staff, mostly cleaning. She isn't doing "A" school in GL and more now she will be doing it in San Antonio, TX. She said she might not graduate if she does she will be on drill deck. She also said she is in charge of Canteens, and is or will be a yeoman, not sure what that is. But she is doing ok

My husband just called and there were 2 letters in the mailbox!!!  He expects me to get groceries on my way home.  Silly, silly man!!!  FYI - I am only 1 state away from GL.  Those who live further may get letters tomorrow.  I hope so!

No letter today, I guess with Monday's holiday it puts us back a day.  I am so thankful for this group!

eat, write letter, update fb and N4M, take a two mile walk with bff Ella, go to post office, shop for food, go home, shower, go to bed and sleep, wake up, daily devotion and quite time, get ready for work, work for 8 hours, repeat.
* typical day
