Yea I'm doing good. I just look at the moon and know that it's the only thing that connects me to someone I love. I use to sing it when my parents went on deployments...as that was the only thing they could see when they where out to sea.
No letter today :( Maybe 2 morrow, I just want to know if he's doing okay with his ankle.
Tammy~Congrats to your SR, thats wonderful that he's preforming so well!
Has anyone heard when their SR's BS 21 is yet?
Anyone know what week/day their on?

Tammy - Your SR got TWENTY FOUR hours to make all calls that he wanted to??? Did he do this instead of all the "boot camp" stuff they would normally do in a day? How did he pull that off? Did his whole division get the same treatment? When was this? Sorry for the 21 questions...I am just freaking out. I have never heard of this happeneing before! And now I am hopeful that it will happen with my SR (pretty pretty please!) :)

Yeah, for not coming sooner I think. That was my impression. I know my SR has some arthritis so sometimes he gets a little achy anyway, but add on top of it all the IT and PT they've been doing and you have a mix for disaster. Ugh.

JDs Angel: Why did the docs yell at him? For not coming in sooner? I know many SRs put off going to medical because they don't want to be held back.

Tammy, what is MWR? I think you can order as many copies of The Keel and PIR DVD as you want to...as long as it is done on PIR day. You can order at the NEX after PIR.

Awww Amber... *hugs* you doing ok lady?

I got a letter from my SR yesterday. He ended up in medical on Thursday and got yelled at by the docs there. He had a follow up appointment Friday at 0600 but I'm not sure what happened. Good news is that his eye infection is cleared.

I think I'm switching my reservations to Hawthorn Suites. I called them last night and they got a room for me from another block of rooms they had reserved. Same price as the Ramada but full breakfast LOL.

Is it possibe to order the PIR DVD and Keel through MWR if I wanted more copies? If so, does anyone know the site or the contact number to do so? I greatly appreciate any help! Hope everyone's son/daughters are doing fantastic...Mine is doing great and enjoying it all. Matter of fact, he did so well that he was given 24 hours of free time to make calls...What a big difference boot camp has made....Im so proud of him....

Well, I know his Bible was too big, but I think this may just have been another Michael moment. Apparently he was really stressed out the first 48 hours, so it's quite possible he just threw everything in there without really asking to see if it was ok.
