My SR job is also Hospital Corpsman.  He really wanted a job that had something to do with being on a submarine, but is color blind, so that limited his job choices.  I believe more specifically he wants to be a field medic with the Marines.  He will be going to A school in San Antonio.  At first, wasn't too thrilled about that, because he wanted to go out of Texas, but his mother is thrilled.  He will get his chance to get out of Texas before long.

It goes directly to your personal email. That message should have her emails. They aren't in your inbox on here, just your personal email. :)

My SR's job is Logistics. Pickins were very slim her in GA when she went to MEPS. She wanted to be a Corpsman, but there were no jobs available at that time for females, only males. She hopes it will be temporary, she wants to study Physcial Therapy.

ok, now I'm lost!! Was on here, somewhere and seen lanyards for 7/272 grad date 8/26 and want to get one, now I can't find the page where it was at!!! Anyone know what I'm talking about? Then I got caught up in a 7 minute brief video of what to see at the graduation, and started crying my eyes out!! Who would have thought that a son could bring out so many emotions of being a mother? I am so proud of Sailor Myers, and can't wait to see him this coming Friday!!!! Investing stock in the Kleenex company by the way :)

We got a call!  For an hour~  It was wonderful. He sounds great!

If you are the wife of SR Williams, he's good friends with him, says he's a great guy and doing well!

Now, I should have read all the thread before commenting!!

My SR is a Social Worker and is wanting to persue a doctorate in Developmental Psycology (PsyD) to working in a private practice setting.  (for kids).  He will be FMF...attached to the Marines.  He is reserves, so I'm not sure how deployment factors in...but he brings up the possibility quite a bit.  I'm not sure what FMF stands for exactally but I know if Field Medical something....What C school are your SRs going to?
