Welcom Navy Loved ones! This site is so helpful for support and finding information and sharing information. Being a Navy Mom and Wife is such an honor. It isn't always easy to wait to hear from them, or to know that they have been, or will be in harms way, but we couldn't be more proud of our boys. The youngest boy said recently, "it feel pretty awsome to be part of something so big, and respected"... He is still in boot camp... My oldest has served three years and is a wonderful young man, who now believes serving their country is something all young men should do. We are so proud of all of our NAVY sons, husbands, daughters and wifes, boyfriends and girlfriends... Please share, ask questions, and enjoy the support provided by Navy for Moms.

NavyMomx2 - That is encouraging to hear that you got a letter! I keep going to the mailbox hoping. I'm wondering if my son will join the choir (I assume it's a choice they have). He sang in church choir for 15 years.

Here's hoping we all get letters on this Friday the 13th. My son was born on Friday the 13th, and 13 babies were born in the hospital that day, so I'm hoping today continues to be lucky. (I'm not superstitious at all!)

Thanks NBPinPR for posting my ribbons. :) I can also do red or white ribbons as well as the navy and I have letters and numbers in silver, gold, blue, white, and red. You can choose you own combination. My vacation is finally over. I am so ready to go home. Vacations with vehicle problems are no fun. We get the truck out of the shop today. I spilled a whole box of cereal this morning then realized it is Friday the 13th. Glad I am not too superstitious. I hope today is a very good day and the repair bill is very low. If anyone wants ribbons to wear to PIR or meet and greet or both send me a friend request and let me know. I hope everyone gets letters and calls and has an amazing weekend. :)
