Welcom Navy Loved ones! This site is so helpful for support and finding information and sharing information. Being a Navy Mom and Wife is such an honor. It isn't always easy to wait to hear from them, or to know that they have been, or will be in harms way, but we couldn't be more proud of our boys. The youngest boy said recently, "it feel pretty awsome to be part of something so big, and respected"... He is still in boot camp... My oldest has served three years and is a wonderful young man, who now believes serving their country is something all young men should do. We are so proud of all of our NAVY sons, husbands, daughters and wifes, boyfriends and girlfriends... Please share, ask questions, and enjoy the support provided by Navy for Moms.

@MKL- eewwww the doomed stinko bomb from the Black and white kitties!! LOL
Back WAYYYYY back when I was a kid a couple friends of mine were walking through and empty field to bible study at a neighbors house and stopped to pet the pretty 'Black and White Kitty'.. LOL Yep PUFFFFF!! LOL Those poor kids. Their mom burnt their clothes and they didnt come to school for a while. (1st Grade) LOL

@Mary (MKL) ok you just 'beat' my "champagne and strawberries for old people story" by a country mile!! your poor Poochie. and thank the Lord you didn't tie her up on the roof rack and run her through the truck wash!!!

@Whaletalkers--that's a beautiful part of the state....a great place to your reunion with #1 Sailor ;)

Hey Everyone, Just thought that I would touch base with all and share the news...
Our sweet, dog jumped a skunk last night!!!LOL .Peppe La PHEWeee let fly and she took a direct hit to the fan-tail . Glad we had experience of how to make her smell better. Last night I was willing to tie her to the roof rack and get on 95 and head for the truck wash down in Boston!! LOL She is usually on a
lease at night because the threat to man and dog is RED the next couple of weeks.LOL. I can laugh about it now but last night I almost went to the motel
to sleep. Just one of the forest creatures making sure that all domestic animals give space and distance to black and white stripes. God played a cruel joke making them black and white. If they were neon orange and yellow, dogs might
not challenge them!!
Had to share this episode with N4M's.
TTYL...

@MandE'smom-My husband tried to re-enlist when Desert Storm started. He has Chrone's so they wont take him. He was diagnosed with it while he was in the Navy. I know its stressful, I have two in there and one more to go.
@Connie- going to the northeast corner of Florida and yes! To see our sailor come home! :)
@TN.sailormom-I konw what you mean. My son has the sweetest finacee also but sometimes it hurts you have to share. LOL We are taking her with us down to Florida to see him come in next month. She told me she has had her bags packed since I figured out when he was coming home. LOL He asked her how "How did Mom know when we would be coming home?" LOL I told her to tell him Moms know everything! LOL
Comment by Chelsey-(loves her CS) on September 30, 2010 at 12:40pm
