wish I knew how- but in my mind i'm counting! If you don't count today then we will be there in 2 days and 3 till we see our sailors! The anticipation is just too much! When i get on the plane wed morning I sure hope they don't think I'm a nut case cause I'm gonna be grinning from ear to ear and bouncing in my seat the whole way!!

I thought that I would check in again before we kick off our last Monday before graduation. Only 4 MORE days!! I can't believe that we are at this point. We still have sit white knuckled as the rest of the divisions face Battestations but I am confident that they are all going to come through this challenge with flying colors. They have come too far to not MAKE IT HAPPEN! They have been taught well and it will be their turn to shine. Again, CONGRATULATIONS to 195 and 196 to being the first; BUT they will NOT be the last. We have 5 more divisions to get through Battestations and I look foward to hearing on N4Ms that your recruit is now a SAILOR. On a side note, I would like to applaud everyone for all their efforts in putting together the M&G (both pre and post PIR). I look forward to meeting you all. A special shout out to Lori and Terri for their contributions of the corsages and ribbon. Lori GRACIOUSLY offered to make these corsages for everyone who wants one to represent and find others in their own division. And from what I can tell, she has put forth a tremendous amount of time and effort (finding, buying, making and transporting on her plane trip)
on her own to make this happen. If you are able and this is VOLUNTARY, I invite you to make a donation $3.00 for your corsage to Lori to help cover her costs. I think at last count, she was making somewhere around 40 corsages!!! Thats a lot of flowers! I am not sure about the ribbons, but both these ladies have gone out of their way to make OUR PIR a little more special. Just a thought - thanks. Have a great Monday everyone....remember to burn your candles and post as soon as you know about your "sailors!" And then.....SEE YOU IN CHICAGO!

terrie- totally! I have to keep 'checking in' every time i just 'happen' to be passing the computer! And since my husband isn't back from London yet I need my 'fix' far more often- cause no ones here to 'control' my 'habit'!!!!!! We are so bad!
