Dawn- that's a great suggestion! I've got my 'Navy mom' tee shirt that I'm not putting on till we leave next wed for grad thur. I won't actually get the call till we're in GL but I figured I'm already beaming with pride- I'm going to show it off!

I am not sure what time our call should come in as someone said that they might be able to call right after the cap exhange ceremony. We (teehee) arrive in Chicago at 9:45 a.m. Chicago time on the 26th! I wanted the direct flight and soooo up before the rooster on the 26th. I hope we don't miss our call!

joejoejr- will you be going to the M&G on wed night? If so let me know as I'm making silk corsages for the 'moms' and each div has a color and I'd like to include you.

Anyone else just coming on here going?

Thank you. Of course our thoughts and prayers will be with the remaining divisions who have yet to go to BS. They will all do fine and we will all see our handsome young sailors soon.........

I got to talk to my son about a half hour but then he talked to his dad and his girlfriend too. Sounded like he had about an hour to talk. ood thing I had my list of questions or I would have forgoten to ask him something. He was exhausted and wound up at the same time. Said he was so glad it was over and can't wait to be offically out of BC.

Good luck to those who are yet to go through BS. Praying not only for them but for all you moms and families too.Let us know if you can how things go.
