Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Comment by crystaldj1972 6/915 on February 25, 2010 at 12:31am: Dereck said that the divisions in battlestations last night were 103, 105, 914 and 915. he said all passed that he knew of. Also said it was colder than heck standing outside in the cold while the fire department put out the fires. He said he wished they would have gotten to fight those fires because at least they would have been close enough to be warm!
Dildraa- congrats to your swimmer!!! Congrats to all!

I also asked Dereck about some of the people being allowed to call, he said it was up to the RDC's and how nice they feel like being- some may have to wait til tomorrow to call.

Jordan's mom- when I spoke to my son I asked if everyone in his division passed battlestations and he said yes

I'm clueless about how to get info from there...Please hang in there and hopefully you'll hear something soon.
