Morning Navy moms.... I am asking for prayers from you all... Just got word from my son, he just told me last night that he won't be graduating 03/21, cause he got injured...didn't explain to me what happened....said he will call me for the details...he is in recuperation. I feel so sad, cause he will leave his team for 5 weeks already...please keep him in your prayers and please pray for guidance for a quick recuperation....hugssssss

PIR: April 11, 2014 TG 22 (starts with division 135 and contains 922)
Click on the date and join to connect with others with loved ones training with your SR.
Tay, yes, the Shedd Aquarium is within the Liberty Limits. Sailors can travel within 50 miles of the RTC or the TSC during PIR weekend. Use the miles, not the time, when checking if a place is within the limits. Plan to do that on Saturday or Sunday when you will have more time with your Sailor since he will be staying in GL for "A" School.
omg super happy...just received the form letter from my son...PIR date will be march 21...thanks God!!!!
Redshel16, yes. See the suggestions in PIR Day and Liberty during PIR Weekend. You cannot take photos outside while onboard the RTC, but you can take photos in the Drill Hall.
