So nice to see some activity here, it is such a small group.  My son just left the George Washington (500+members in that group) and is off to 3 months of school.  Then he will be reporting to Pt. Mugu to join the Wallbangers.

Monica61 your trip sounds wonderful.  I'm in upstate NY and we are having sub zero

BeachBunny love your pic, oh my feet as so ready for flip flop weather.  :)

My best friend is going with me, so we should have fun.  It's a holiday weekend, so & Reagan works nights, so she will be off Friday & have to go back in on Tuesday night, which is the day we are leaving!  Haven't seen her since October, so we are def excited about the trip!!

Well, we just went 53 days and no rain in NorCal..heard SoCal should have some today, but really they only average 12 inches a year...Mugu is on the coast so they will get the morn fog and cleared by noon..but heard it hasn't been too fog lately...so many fun things to do in SoCal...it'll be nice for you to get out of the crazy winter you're having there!

LAX is a crazy airport, even crazier then Dallas! It maybe easier if she just drives into the arrivals and curb pick you up, instead of her parking and walking in...just a thought....

Never been to CA before!  Flying into LAX.  We are staying for 5 days.  Really excited about the weather!  I'm in Texas & our weather has sucked the last few weeks!!!!!  70 one day, snow the next!!!!!  Reagan (my sailor) is picking us up at the airport!  We shall see how that works out!!!!
