OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Happy New Years all, Its been few weeks since I have been on, My son text me yesterday asking me to send him his bathing suit. I had to laugh we are getting ready for a bad snow storm & he is asking me for a bathing suit! I really hate snow so I found this funny. Glad he is doing better.
