Tomorrow I pick up my daughter and granddaughter at the airport, and her husband is driving 12 hours straight with the dogs, Please keep us all in your thoughts and prayers. Asking for safe and easy travels.

We love because he first loved us.  1 John 4:19

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.  1 Peter 4:8

Lord, help me to love others the way you love me. Allow me to demonstrate your patience, compassion, and mercy to everyone I see today. When I’m tempted to judge others for what they do and condemn them in my heart, help me to show them the mercy and love that you show to me.

Lord, sometimes I try to solve problems without considering what you want me to do. Give me the patience to wait on your timing for the current struggles in my life.

Dear God, I’m so grateful for your Word and all that you reveal in it. I want to be a doer of your truth and not just a hearer. Help me to obey you in all that I do. Lord, despite my best efforts, I can never live a perfect life. I sin and need your grace each day. Thank you for your gift on the cross that fulfills the law and sets me free.
