And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3:17

Dear God, I want to reflect you and your grace and goodness in all that I think, say, and do.

“. . . do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and . . . he will save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:20–21

God, help me to trust that you are in the middle of all of the events in my life. Help me to courageously obey your will.

Matthew 1:21

Lord, help me to trust you even when things do not make sense.

Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.  2 Peter 1:2

Lord, I have all that I need for today. Thank you for meeting all my needs and providing me with so many blessings.

“The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8

Dear God, thank you for the way you go ahead and scout future challenges I’ll face. Thank you for your power, strength, and grace that help me to persevere.

Test everything. Hold on to the good. Avoid every kind of evil.
1 Thessalonians 5:21–22

Lord, give me wisdom and discernment about how best to interact with my neighbors, friends, and others in my community today.

[Jesus said,] “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth . . . But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven . . .”

Matthew 6:19–20

[Jesus said,] “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.”

Luke 12:15

Father, please show me what is the message of my life. Help me to be aware of any greed or self-gain that draws me away from it. Lord, you provide all I need. I don’t have to hoard possessions or accumulate money to leave an everlasting legacy. I only have to follow you. Holy Spirit keep reminding me, my goal is Heaven not earthly possessions. Lead me Lord everyday closer to thee and your Father. God, Father, Thank you for sending Jesus to save me. Amen

Give me a sign of your goodness, that my enemies may see it and be put to shame, for you, O Lord, have helped me and comforted me. The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. 1 Timothy 1:5

Lord, I want to develop the personal ingredients that create an attitude of love. Thank you for Loving me first. For coming down to earth and suffering for my sins. Thank you for sending me the Spirit to guide me. Father you are LOVE , thanks for the perfect example. May I be an Example to others.

Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed. 1 Peter 1:13

Love must be sincere.  Romans 12:9

Lord, thank you for the ways you prepare and equip me to face temptations and to overcome obstacles. I want to be sincere and authentic in my faith, Lord. Forgive me for the times I’ve glossed over issues I needed to address.

When the storm has swept by, the wicked are gone, but the righteous stand firm forever. Proverbs 10:25

God, you are my rock and my salvation. Today, I have nothing to be afraid of because you are stronger than any storm that comes my way. Thank you Father.

Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Philippians 4:5

Lord, help me to understand what it means to be gentle to those around me. Show me your gentleness so that I can reflect it to others. Give me Patience, Understanding and Empathy Lord to relate to others as you would. Thank you for using me. May I continue to do your will. Amen
