Dear God
We never know how you will provide. However, we know that you placed Rebecca's niece in her home. And that the new baby will find love because this aunt opened her arms.
It's a new baby, God. You were the one to place a new baby in our lives to lead us.
Thank you and Amen.

Eternal God
Please comfort Lynn W as she prays for her boyfriend. We know you are the one who watches his every step. We ask for strength, safety and courage for both, where one is away and one is left behind waiting. We know this to be a season of miracles. Please know that we all care and have them in our prayers. Enfold them in your arms, carry them in your heart.
Amen

Dear God
Please continue with safety for our TRAVELING SAILORS and their loved ones. It looks like another run of bad weather is coming across the country. Please keep the Sailor Rescue Group safe too, as they continue to provide for emergency housing, food or travel from airports to a N4M home.
We praise you and all the efforts of our N4M families.
Amen

Please pray for all those traveling to Great Lakes and the area. The weather appears to be a bit scary. We want all to attend the most wonderful event of PIR, but we want more for all to be safe and report back to us.

God's mercies in travel and reunions.

So glad you posted this song! My son heard them perform in Charleston this fall, and I did not know who they were. Thanks for sharing.

This song goes along with Dolores's graphic and prayer below.
Some times I just don't have the words to speak my heart but I find them in a song.

Hi!

I just wanted to wish all of you moms with sailors in school in Virginia a very Merry Christmas. Being on NavyforMoms had been a learning experience for me. In all of my years associated with the Navy, I've never known, let alone appreciated how you all feel when your sons or daughters join the service. Reading the comments many of the moms have made on here I have a whole new understanding of your feelings, sometimes painful ones, especially during this time of year. This has been really enlightening for me. It's added a whole new dimension to my prayers life. Believe me when I say I will be praying for you all with much deeper understanding!
