With my sailor the story is pretty boring, my senior year of highschool I decided I wanted to graduate early and started taking some classes at the community college. As it turned out he was in my 'freshmen english' class. The first day I walked in and recognized him. We started talking mostly about school things, what the homework was, who did what (since we both lived in such a small town we both knew just about everything). We stopped talking for a little while after finals passed but then started talking again through facebook. By then I was living in Boston going to a nice university, and he had said one day that he didnt like any of the girls back home. I told him that I would hook him up with 'some pretty girl' as I had said, thinking about all of my friends that I could set him up with. From there we talked more and more, both liked the small town things like tractors, camping, 4wheelers, motorcycles and just hanging out. One day my mom couldn't pick me up from the bus stop for my visit home for the weekend so I called him, and he saved me. (: We stayed up watching movies all night long because he didnt want to leave me home alone waiting for my mom. Up till he left for BC we hung out every weekend all weekend. Now we have been together coming up on 9 months (: I love him SO much
You know - That's so true, the OJ thing! It makes EVERYTHING better. Very cute story:)
Some guys are just too sweet to care about solely external looks. Mine held my hair when i got sick and started puking. :) How long have ya been together?
HAha, it is pretty flippin' awesome:) yay us!!!
we've been together 4 .5 ish? i dunno, it wil be 5 months 7/20/11(:
fairly new, but it seems SOOO much longer, the months have flown by!
My story with my sailor is, we met at my first job i was a party host and he was in admissions at our job. I would always stay after to help close up work and mop floors and he would always be there. He wound up saying something to my supervisor about how he thought i was "really cute" haha. That continued for a little while because of course i was playing hard to get :) Then eventually he sent me a message over Facebook saying he'd like to get my number. So i figured oh well whatever and i gave it to him! We became really close and he asked me to be his girlfriend.
The first date we ever went on he was so nervous it was adorable, I could tell he cleaned his truck out extra well and put on way to much cologne and i was making all kinds of mistakes embarrassing myself by accident. But he didn't even notice he just kept calling me adorable and laughing at my corny jokes. I thought to myself this is love at first sight! Haha:) at the end of the date we kind of just locked eyes for about 10 minutes, i was thinking "is this the part where we kiss?! oh my god i just ate onion rings my breath probably smells!" but we kissed, and he tasted like onion rings too so i didn't feel as gross :) Haha:) we've been together almost 4 months now, and spent absolutely every single day together before he left for boot camp so it feels like i've known him way longer than 4 months!
